Beltechnologia & M has designed cross-wedge rolling machine model SP-3000A to produce aluminum forgings. CWR machine model SP-3000A is equipped with the following: 
• Tool heating system to heat the tool up to the temperature of 280 °C; 
• Tool lubricating system to cover the tool with a special release agent; 
• Specially designed tool that minimize aluminum stickiness to the tool. 

Production output - 360 pcs/hour
Dimensions of rolled billets:
- diameter - 40-90 mm
- maximum length - 850 mm
