The existing technologies of production round bits are based on forging and cutting. Our company has developed a new production technology of round bits which considerably advanced their quality.

CUTTERS FOR ROAD MILLING

Cutters for road milling are used to local repair of road surface and full removal of roadway paving. Cutters stand for use in milling machines WIRTGEN, BITELLI and at mounted rotary tools AMKODOR.  Kirovgrad Hard Alloys Plant, Russia and Element Six GmbH, Germany carbide tungsten inserts are used in manufacturing of cutters.

CUTTERS FOR POTASSIUM SALT MINING

Cutters manufactured by JCS Beltechnologia & M are delivered at leading potassium centers. The chief user is JSC BELARUSKALI (JSC BELARUSKALI accounts for one third part of produced potash salt in the world). JSC Beltechnologia & M supplies about 400 000 cutters for potash salt mining per year.

CUTTERS FOR COAL MINING

At the present we deliver cutters for coal mining to Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Germany etc. In the course of 2011 we manufactured and shipped about 100 000 cutters.

CUTTERS FOR BORING APPARATUS

Cutters for boring apparatus make use of directed drilling, trench mining, and tunnel construction, earthmoving mining and other. Cutters are used not only with home equipment but also with foreign equipment.
