Induction heaters are designed for volumetric and zonal heating of the preforms for further forging, rolling, blacksmithing, bending, cutting and for other purposes.
A great number of versions is possible for delivery.
Designation of the heaters IH – NNNN – S – F- Z - X
NNNN – POWER OF THE HEATER
NNNN – power of the heater is specified (kW). Power value is chosen from the following range: 30, 60, 80, 100, 120, 160, 250, 320, 500, 630, 800, 1000, 1200, 1600, 2400, 3200. The delivery of the heaters of higher power is possible.
S - AUTOMATION LEVEL (A, B, C)
A – automatic machine with numerical program control. Intended for working in the automatic mode without human intervention. It is equipped with parameter control system and safety systems. The feeding of the billets is realized automatically from the customer’s containers.
B – semiautomatic machine with numerical program control. Intended for working in the automatic mode without human intervention. It is equipped with parameter control system and safety systems. For continuous running manual feeding of the billets into the receiving device with an interval 3 - 30 min is required.
C – manual. Intended for manual feeding and unloading of the billets from the inductor. The heater is switched on manually.
F -PURPOSE (1, 2, 3, 4, 5)
1 – For volumetric heating of the cylindrical billets | 2 – For zonal heating of the cylindrical billets |
